We carefully group dogs based on their size, age, temperament, fitness level, and neighborhood location. Before any dog joins a group, we conduct a strict ‘Meet & Greet’ to ensure they mesh beautifully with the pack dynamic.

We love keeping walks engaging! We frequently visit local Lower Blue Mountains hotspots like Knapsack Reserve, Glenbrook Lagoon, or Whitton Park (utilising the dedicated fully fenced split zones), as well as quiet, shaded suburban pathways around Glenbrook, Lapstone, and Blaxland. Unless you book in for our Solo Adventure Day Out, in which we go to dog-friendly beaches such as Bayview or Kurnell, or any one of Sydney’s beautiful coastal tracks, like the Bondi to Bronte.

The safety of your dog's paws and respiratory system is paramount. If the temperature in Glenbrook reaches 30°C or above, standard walks are modified. We will either shift the walk to an early morning slot, convert the booking into a shortened toilet break with indoor playtime/mental stimulation, or reschedule.

Yes, we walk in light to moderate rain! If it's a bit wet, please leave a towel near your door so we can thoroughly dry your pup off before letting them back inside. However, in the event of severe storms, extreme winds, or heavy downpours, we will pause walks and contact you to arrange an indoor enrichment visit or a rescheduled time.

By default, all dogs remain on-leash for maximum safety. We only utilize off-leash privileges if we are within a designated council off-leash zone (like Whitton Park) and you have explicitly signed the off-leash authorization section on our Client Intake Form.

Absolutely! We send a text update alongside 2–3 high-quality photos right after the walk concludes. You will see exactly where we explored and how your pup behaved.

Most of our members provide us with a spare key, a secure lockbox code, or digital garage access. Your keys are tagged securely with an internal code system (never with your address or dog's name) and kept locked away safely when not in use.

We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice incur a 50% late fee. Same-day cancellations or instances where we arrive at your home and your dog is unavailable/inaccessible will be charged at the full 100% service rate.

Invoices are issued weekly via email. To lock in your recurring slots on the club roster, payments are requested by bank direct deposit by Sunday evening prior to the scheduled walking week.
